Safety syringe

The safety syringe has a hollow barrel, a needle hub, a sleeve and a plunger. The needle hub is mounted on the hollow barrel and has a needle, a hub and a stopper. The needle is mounted on the hub and the stopper is mounted inside the hub. The hub has channels through which medication or blood can pass. The sleeve is mounted on the needle hub. The plunger is mounted slidably inside the hollow barrel. The used needle is retracted into the tube after use by a vacuum after seating the stopper and retracting the plunger to keep people from getting injured or infected.

Retractable safety syringe with push rod in plunger

A safety syringe includes a barrel and a plunger is axially and movably inserted in the barrel. The plunger has a stopper connected to a first end thereof which is inserted in the barrel and a through hole is defined through the first end of the plunger. A push rod is axially and movably inserted into the plunger and an engaging member is connected to a first end of the push rod. A second end of the push rod is received in a second end of the plunger. A needle cannula is removably engaged with a first end of the barrel and has an engaging hole defined in an end thereof. The engaging member extends through the through hole and is engaged with the engaging hole of the needle cannula after injection by pushing the push rod toward the needle cannula. The needle cannular is then pulled backward and received in the barrel by pulling the plunger.

Needle holder for safety syringe

The present invention is an improved needle holder for safety syringe, which is a needle holder formed through compounding two materials in one-time, in which rubber convex ring of high coefficient of deformation is formed on the step ring of holder, such that the convex ring can properly compress the ring slot at the front part of barrel. Further, a buckle ring is formed inside the holder, such that the buckle head of plunger locks the buckle slot after injection, and the holder as well as the needle are pulled back into the barrel when the plunger is pulled, thus prevents the needle from exposure.

DISPOSABLE RETRACTABLE SAFETY SYRINGE HAVING A HOLLOW TRUNCATED CONE WITH A SLIT

A retractable safety syringe includes a syringe barrel, a needle mount, a plunger rod and a needle. The needle mount includes a hollow truncated cone extending inward and upward with a completely surrounded lower conical portion. The hollow truncated cone includes a slit cutting from a ridge of the truncated cone. The plunger rod includes a rod and a plunger formed at one end of the rod. The plunger has a plunger crown and a detent connected to the plunger crown. The hollow truncated cone containing a slit allows the plunger rod's detent to latch on to the needle mount making the plunger rod and needle mount components become jointly retractable. Using the hollow truncated cone design augments the robustness factor of the needle retraction mechanism, using the slit increases its ease of use, while both hollow truncated cone and slit jointly minimize fluid loss.
